RE:cover

Recovery isn't what happens after life. It's part of how you live it.

Restore. Replenish. Come back stronger.

YOU CHOSE WHAT YOU NEEDED

You chose RE:STORE. Your body may be asking you to listen.

We spend a lot of time celebrating how much we can do.

RE:STORE  celebrates knowing when you need to replenish.

Rest isn't something you earn after you've exhausted yourself. Recovery is part of performance, wellness and longevity.

That's what RE:CLUB is about.

WHAT RE:COVER MEANS

RE:COVER is about recognizing that recovery isn't separate from wellness. It is wellness.

We live in a culture that often celebrates pushing harder, doing more and staying busy. Rest can start to feel like something we have to justify, especially when there is always another task waiting for us.

But your body isn't designed to perform endlessly without care.

RE:COVER is an invitation to listen before your body has to shout.

It may look like better sleep, hydration, nourishing food, stretching, slowing down, taking a recovery day or simply allowing yourself to do less for a little while.

And recovery isn't only physical. Sometimes your mind needs quiet. Sometimes your emotions need space.

Sometimes you need an afternoon where nobody needs anything from you.

RE:COVER reminds us that rest is not the opposite of progress.

Often, it's what makes progress sustainable.

YOUR RE:COVER MOMENT

Do a quick body check.

Close your eyes if it feels comfortable.

Starting at your jaw, slowly scan downward.

Jaw.

Shoulders.

Hands.

Belly.

Hips.

Legs.

Where are you holding tension you don't need right now?

Exhale and consciously soften that area.

Then ask:

What does my body need more of today?

TAKE RE:COVER WITH YOU

1. Treat sleep like part of your wellness routine.
Protect your bedtime the way you protect appointments that matter.

2. Recover before you're depleted.
Hydrate, stretch, eat, breathe and rest proactively instead of waiting until your body forces you to stop.

3. Learn the difference between rest and avoidance.
Recovery should leave you more prepared to return to your life, not hide from it.
